We provide reliable shipping services across India and selected international destinations. We make every effort to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please note that public holidays may affect delivery timelines.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY TIME

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience slight delays. In case of significant delays, customers will be informed via phone or email.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing an order. While we strive for fast processing, address changes are only possible within a short window after order placement. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient may be subject to re-shipping charges or restocking fees, as determined by Yukta Global.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Yukta Global is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier but reported as lost or stolen. In such cases, customers are advised to contact the courier service or local authorities for further assistance.

RETURN REQUEST DAYS

Return requests, if applicable, must be raised within 2 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for return consideration.

OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS

In case any ordered product is out of stock, Yukta Global will inform the customer. Orders may be held until all items are available, partially shipped, or refunded, based on mutual agreement.

IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES

For international shipments, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges levied by the destination country shall be borne by the customer. Yukta Global is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
